Yes. On Android, Calmina uses the high-priority alert channel plus a full-screen alarm. On iPhone, cry alerts use Apple's strongest interruption levels so they sound through Focus and silent. During setup it asks for the permissions this requires — grant them, then use Test the alert to hear it end-to-end before your first night.
